Dr. Casey Davis is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has more than 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Davis has extensive experience providing comprehensive psychological evaluations for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning, as well as providing individual, couples, and family psychotherapy for the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, stress management, behavioral problems, relationship challenges, family conflict, co-parenting skills, coping skills, and low self-esteem.
Dr. Davis utilizes an integrative therapeutic framework incorporating strategies and techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and family systems. Dr. Davis believes in a collaborative, supportive, and problem-solving approach to therapy, and is committed to helping clients achieve personal growth and positive life changes.
Dr. Davis earned her doctorate and master's degrees in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Washington, DC. During her internship, she received training in neuropsychological evaluations, cognitive rehabilitation, and individual and group psychotherapy for traumatic brain injuries. She completed her postdoctoral residency in clinical psychology at the Dominion Center for Behavioral Health Services (DCBHS), focused on psychological, neuropsychological, and educational evaluations as well as individual and family psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of medical and mental health concerns.
