Dr. Rob Froehlich
EdD, LPC, CRC

 Licensed Professional Counselor

Dr. Froehlich is a licensed professional counselor (Virginia and South Carolina).  He has a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Counseling from The George Washington University.  He has been practicing psychotherapy for more than 25 years and has experience treating adults and adolescents.  He has worked in the community mental health system, in brain injury rehabilitation settings, university affiliated specialty clinics, and State-Federal Vocational Rehabilitation programs.  Dr. Froehlich sees individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, individuals with disability related needs, people navigating life transitions and adjustment related topics, and individuals with Career Development needs. Dr. Froehlich has been a counselor educator for more than 20 years and provides clinical supervision for counselors in training. 

Dr. Robert Froehlich was awarded the William H. Van Hoose Career Service Award from the Virginia Counseling Association November 2022.  This award is given to those who have contributed significantly and have outstanding achievement towards the professional advancement within the Counseling community.
